THE GRIP is the result of me looking at wild cluster and wondering why are most of the door handles solid, why don't they have interesting gaps or added elements in them? So a combination of linear and organic curves helped me achieve a curvy ergonomic form that gives a sense of movement and direction. The slits in the middle and the hollow body gives the rigid form a little dimension which makes it look dynamic and fascinating. The rose of this handle is an extension of the handle, which is embedded in the base plate. And the base plate is a simple cuboid with fillets.
